Manual Internet Configuration Settings for MTN, Airtel, Glo and Etisalat

Received a mail from a friend, and he wants to know how to configure your sim card manually, now this is a good question, it will surprise you that only a few knows how to configure their mobile phone to start accessing the internet. So here are all the manual configuration settings for all the networks in Nigeria.
